This company did an outstanding job and the price was right for the job. They did new drain lines and repair some drain lines too and they did gas lines and passed the inspection and they are great customer service and they guarantee there job and if you have problems they will solve it A.S.A.P.

Hugo is the best at his craft! Good plumbers are hard to come by especially in Santa Cruz Co. I was so glad he said he would come to my house. I had a bad experience with getting my water pipes done so I was cautious with getting my gas pipes redone. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. Said what needed to be done and just did it at half the price that others were going to charge! And did extra piping that he could have just ignored that probably would have been alright to just leave it. He and his crew are professional, honest, conscientious and experienced. If I ever need another plumber I’m calling Hugo!!

OK, I’ve dealt with a lot of contractors in my day and I give these guys 5 GOLD Stars. I sourced these folks through Home Advisor and Hugo got back to me via text within minutes. He was super to work with. Clear, to the point, and got the info he needed quickly to assess the situation and prepare to address my tankless hot water system. Hugo and his team are frigin’ AWESOME! We had a gas line installed for our new LG stove, and Hugo took care of everything, including schedulng the permit that we needed to get form the City of San Jose. The inspection wasn’t scheduled for almost (2) weeks after Hugo installed the gas line. However, he also waited until the inspection was completed before he invoiced us so we definitely recognized and appreciated that. Of course, his team also does plumbing so he’ll be our ‘go to guy’ if/when we need that service as well. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet so I highly recommend them! Read less

This review is a little overdue, but I waited to make sure that everything was working well. At the end of September we found that we had a slab leak. The only feasible option was a repipe job as opposed to tearing up our hardwood floor and slab concrete. We got several estimates and discussed the various options with different contractors. Hugo impressed me right away as he got to the heart of the problem and the pipe routing that he suggested was the best solution. On repiping day his workers showed up on time and began the process. His team of four knew their tasks well and worked efficiently and cooperatively. In the afternoon, Hugo brought lunch for the workers and also for me! I kept checking on the progress and all my questions were answered. The repiping job was finished around 5 pm that day. The next day a different person came to patch and texture the walls. Hugo did not ask for a deposit and the billing and payment process was simple. I would certainly hire Hugo again for any major plumbing job. Best of all, Hugo always answers his phone.

I called Hugo because I went with a different plumbing company for a complete copper repipe, and I felt they were trying to up-sell me thousands of dollars of additional work (under the guise that it needed to be done to pass inspection) once the project had begun. Even though I had not hired Fast Repipe and Plumbing for this job, Hugo took the time to answer my questions and provided honest feedback about the inspection process. Being a first time homeowner and one who is new to the field of plumbing and repair on her home – Fast Repipe and Plumbing came through! After interviewing a few companies, I knew that I would give their service a try above others….they have GREAT customer service and is quick to answer all my questions and they really took the time to explain what their job entails. It was also a plus that they were quick to come out and give me a quote and provide a breakdown of costs….pricing was very reasonable. So I had all my faucets replaced and a plumbing issue fixed in one of my main bathrooms…they came on time and finished the jobs with no issues. They even cleaned after themselves! They also fixed a few minor things and helped me replace my bathroom mirrors without charge! Thank you Fast Repipe….you will be my go to when I am ready for my copper piping installation!
